Empire waist with lace ribbon detail. Double ruffled neckline. Double ruffled hemline. Totally lined except for the sleeves with what looks to be acetate fabric. The outer fabric is sheer cotton that looks like organdy voile batiste, no stretch. Union label. Back metal zipper. Condition Very good vintage condition.
