A Victorian garnet and pearl ringA very pretty late Victorian dress ring. Set with four almandine garnets, each 4mm diameter, rich purple red hues and complimented by the addition of five tiny seed pearls. The head is hand carved, 10. 8mm diameter, depth 4. 6mm, ring weight 1. 7grams. Hand engraving around the band, which is 15 carat gold, with Birmingham hallmarks for 1895.
