1940s Silk DuBarry Parrot Print GownI am in absolute love with this dress! The silk is a crepe scarf weight so feel weightless when on and flows beautifully. The print is hand screened onto the fabric is and on of the best designs that I have seen from this time period beautiful line drawn parrots in vivid pops of colors flit across the gown amongst abstract lines of color from top to bottom. The top is cut loose with a hog neck and wide shoulders that softly form a small suggestion of
