1960's McCall's Men's Button Up Shirt Pattern - Chest 38-40" - No. 7590McCall's circa 1964 Front buttoned, yoked shirt may have long or short set in sleeves. Long sleeves are pleated and eased into buttoned cuffs; short sleeves have vent, tab and button detail. Wing collar may be closed at throat with fabric loop buttoned under collar.
