Rare 1970s Char Hand painted Corset BeltIn all my years of collecting I have never seen a Char belt before. Coats, vests, pants, dresses, capes and even bags but never a belt! Never mind a corseted tie belt that is hand painted on butter soft deer hide mixed with patches of hand dyed snake skin.
