1970s Yves Saint Laurent Cream Silk Tie Neck TopThis is a classic cream silk secretary blouse by Yves Saint Laurent. It is also cut on the bias so moves and drapes perfectly once on the body. The tie at the neck is cut wide and is classic Yves and looks as good tied into a bow, a loose knot or left open. The shoulders are gathered with a slight, refined cap and I love the play on the tuxedo at the front. Each cuff buttons at the wrist so you get a bit of a pouf on the sleeve above. It is made of a
