1970s Purple Metallic Oscar De La Renta DressWhat a fabulous little dress and I always love having Oscar's earlier pieces in the shop. The dress is very light I know it looks like it should not be with all that glittering gold, and indeed at first glance it appears to be a brocade, but the fabric is actually a light textured silk organza. Woven through this is a gold thread that highlights the vibrant print custom screened onto the dress. The pattern is fantastic pinks and purples create a vivid
